Why Become a CFIRA Member?

The financial services industry is transforming at a rapid rate. With the passage of the JOBS Act, the lift on the ban of general solicitation and advertising, the advent of online funding portals-both Regulation D and the upcoming Regulation Crowdfunding (Title III) for the unaccredited investor; it is imperative that the industry has a centralized advocacy and trade organization that spurs debate, call into question what is working and what is not for the industry and stay at the forefront of innovation across the new asset class and investor class.

Individual: $250 / yr

An Individual membership offers full-voting rights to participate in the CFIRA organization and educational programs. Individual members are not allowed to use the CFIRA logo or represent that they are speaking on behalf of CFIRA.

A Corporate membership would include up to 10 Individual memberships, providing one voting right on behalf of all 10 members All 10 members are entitled to participate in the CFIRA organization and educational programs. Corporate members are not allowed to use the CFIRA logo or represent that they are speaking on behalf of CFIRA.

Student: $50 / yr

A Student membership is a non-voting membership designed to encourage people to sign up and get involved in the CFIRA organization. Student members are allowed to attend the general membership calls. Student members are not allowed to use the CFIRA logo or represent that they are speaking on behalf of CFIRA.
